Return & Exchange Policy for Treviacart

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@arabswiftmart.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, return the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
