1. Return Period
You can return eligible items within 1-7 days of delivery.
The return request must be initiated via email or WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Health & Beauty products must have sealed packaging intact; opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Gadgets must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used health & beauty products
Personal care items
Gift cards or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse or accident
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit.
Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
For defective or damaged products, Treviacart will arrange return shipping at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for gadgets or health & beauty items of the same type or value, subject to availability.
